Puesta del Sol was created 18 years ago. It was named after the beautiful sunsets in Mendoza, which may be enjoyed at our old olive estate; its olives are harvested even today and used in preparations of our cuisine.
Our profile depicts a simple and comfortable style at the same time.
The new facilities have been designed following the principles of FENG SHUI, thus managing that the indoor and outdoor spaces find themselves in complete harmony with the sceneries of Cuyo and their visitors. We feel a deep respect for nature.
All this is accompanied by the experience of the taste and the aromas of the dishes, made with the typical local herbs.
